- Tenancy of business address for Sole-Proprietorship registration / Limited Liability Partnership (PLT) and Company (Sdn. Bhd.) for trade licence application purposes, whichever is applicable.
- Business entities shall be owned at least 70% by Sarawakian(s).
- The address shall not at any time be used as business operation address or correspondence address.
- This package does not include mail storage services.
