Rent Our Office (Kuching ONLY)

Startup Package

  • Tenancy of business address for sole-proprietorship registration purpose only. The address shall not at any time be used as business operation address or correspondence address.
  • A sole-proprietorship set up using the virtual office address shall be owned at least 70% by Sarawakian(s). This package cannot be renewed and can only be used for one (1) sole-proprietorship registration.
  • This package does not include mail storage services.

Basic Package

  • Tenancy of business address or virtual office. The address can be used as business or correspondence address
  • Mail storage services included under this package.
  • All mails and parcels will be kept by Cent@Cube during the tenancy period and will be disposed upon expiry of the term if not collected by the Tenant. Parcels which contain perishable items will be disposed at the discretion of Cent@Cube.

Superior Package

  • Tenancy of business address or virtual office. The address can be used as business or correspondence address.
  • Mail storage services included under this package.
  • All mails and parcels will be kept by Cent@Cube during the tenancy period and will be disposed upon expiry of the term if not collected by the Tenant. Parcels which contain perishable items will be disposed at the discretion of Cent@Cube.
  • Notification via email upon of receipt of mails.

Premium Package

  • Tenancy of business address or virtual office. The address can be used as business or correspondence address
  • Mail storage services included under this package.
  • All mails and parcels will be kept by Cent@Cube during the tenancy period and will be disposed upon expiry of the term if not collected by the Tenant. Parcels which contain perishable items will be disposed at the discretion of Cent@Cube.
  • Notification via email upon of receipt of mails.
  • All mails will be unsealed, scanned and sent to the tenant’s email. Additional charges shall apply and be paid to Cent@Cube in advance if the tenant requests for mails / packages to be sent by courier, ordinary post, registered post etc to any location.
